BLADES STAR VISIT FOR MAKEOVER WINNER

You could receive a knock on the door from James Beattie, Paddy Kenny or Gary Speed if you enter a unique competition with Sheffield United.

The Blades are offering the chance for young fans to win a United-themed bedroom makeover worth £750, including a signed framed shirt from their favourite player.

As part of the prize, a member of United’s first-team will then visit the home of the winner to unveil their new bedroom.

United are launching the special competition alongside their half-term activities, which begin from October 27, and coincides with the club unveiling a new range of bedroom accessories in the Blades Superstore.

United are staging roadshows around Sheffield throughout half-term calling at Asda in Handsworth on October 27, Crystal Peaks on October 28, Meadowhall on October 29 and TJ Hughes in Sheffield on October 30th with competition entry forms available at all the venues.

United have launched a number of bedroom accessories including a single reversible duvet (£30), Blades curtains (£25 a pair) and pillow cases (£5).

To enjoy a complete bedroom makeover, fans can buy rugs, wallpaper, wall clock, alarm clock, lamps, lampshades, borders, blankets and bins, all with the Blades logo on.
